Psychotherapy for Anxiety, Trauma, Sex and Intimacy Issues.
Does This Feel Familiar?
"I'm constantly anxious or on edge, even when nothing is really wrong."
"I don't get why I keep ending up in the same situations in relationships."
"I struggle with intimacy and sexual confidence."
"I feel emotionally disconnected — from others, and sometimes even from myself."
"I overthink everything and can’t switch my mind off."
"I feel like I’m going through life on autopilot — not really living it."
If you recognise some of these thoughts, it doesn't mean something's wrong with you.
Many reactions that feel confusing or exhausting start to make sense once we understand what shaped them — and that understanding can open the door to real change.
How I Work
My approach to therapy is solution-focused, depth-oriented and informed by neuroscience.
Instead of focusing only on symptoms, we look at the whole picture — how your mind, body, and nervous system learned to respond to stress and life experiences.
Understanding these patterns often reduces shame and self-blame. You begin to see that you are not “broken,” and the inner pressure starts to ease.
From there, we focus on helping you restore balance and move toward a life that feels more like your own.
How I Can Help
You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation to talk about your situation and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
Not sure where your situation fits in?
Don’t feel ready for therapy?
For some people, clarity is enough to start making changes on their own.
Clarity Session
A focused 70-minute session to gain clarity and direction.
You bring one main concern that feels confusing or stuck.
You leave with:
-
understanding of what’s driving the issue
-
practical sense of direction and next steps
-
greater sense of clarity, balance, and calm.
How Therapy Works
When we work together, therapy unfolds in clear, manageable stages. Some people begin to feel clarity within a few sessions, while others choose to continue deeper work.
You move at your own pace — based on what feels right for you.
You share what's been happening in your life — challenges, past experiences, relationships, and emotional reactions.
Outcome: identifying what's shaping your current situation.
Your Story
1
Understanding Yourself
3
We explore how your mind, nervous system, and emotional patterns developed — and how they've been trying to protect you. You begin to understand how your inner system works.
Outcome: learning practical ways to work with your thoughts, emotions, and reactions.
2
Seeing the Pattern
We begin connecting the pieces — like a puzzle — to understand the bigger picture. Things that once felt confusing start to make sense.
Outcome: clarity why certain patterns repeat.
4
Creating Lasting Change
Some people feel ready to move forward on their own after stages 2 or 3. Others choose to go deeper to reshape long-standing patterns or process difficult or traumatic experiences.
Outcome: new ways of responding, feeling, and living.
Life stops feeling like something you’re just getting through — and starts feeling like something you’re actually living.
